vodaone 889n 4.4.2 cannot unlock how to google lock remove

hello tm,
i have unlocked several pieces of this model, but this one is android 4.4.2 and i think it is not supported.

i had to root with other tool, sigma could not root, but still unlock fails
i also followed the steps for this model in website and in following link

but by disabling MTP the phone com port does not show up in the list. I have to re-enable USB debugging mode from developer options, then I can start the process
