Xperia Z3v, Z2 and Z2 Tablet Chromecast mirroring added for

As Google slowly continues to expand the list of Android devices able to mirror their screen to the Chromecast, finds themselves the latest winner. The Xperia Z3v, Z2 and Z2 tablet can now mirror their display through your Chromecast strming device.
If you thought that the 5 was the only official, non-root, phone to be able to mirror to the big screen, I am afraid you are wrong. I am happy then to inform you that Google now lists 19 devices that can cast their screen from the Chromecast app to Google’s strming stick, and these three bring up to five devices on that list.

The Xperia Z3 and Z3 Compact found their way on to the supported devices list rlier in October, perhaps not unexpected for ’s latest flagship and flagship-mini. As is proving to be normal, Verizon is a little late to the game, but their version of ’s latest flagship Z3, the Xperia Z3v, finally made the cut. The addition of the Xperia Z2 and Z2 Tablet spks highly of the previous eration flagships.
Now hold on, did I say nineteen devices can now mirror to Chromecast? Why yes, that is what I said. Interestingly, now ties with five devices ch on the list, the line follows with a four count and then finish things off. Let’s look at the supported devices:
Xperia Z3 Xperia Z3 Compact Xperia Z3v Xperia Z2 Xperia Z2 Tablet Galaxy S5 Galaxy S4 and Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition Galaxy Note 3 Galaxy Note 10 4 5 7 (2013) 10 G3 G2 G Pro 2 One (M7) and One (M7) Google Play EditionThere is no question we all wish this list of supported devices with mirroring capabilities was a little bit longer. It is good then that most Android devices not on this list can still cast content to the big screen through Chromecast.
Xperia Z3v, Z2 and Z2 Tablet users, plse try things out and let us know what you think. For the rest of us, did you gather any insights from this short list that will influence future phone purchases?
